Hans Peter Hiemer has been developing and implementing of the 80's concepts and solutions for the sustainable Optimization of value chains in consumer goods industries in Europe and Asia/China.
Since the beginning of his professional career, his focus has thus been on to support companies on their way to achieving their goals. Business logic in responsive systems, to promote the integration of digitization and to promote it through the systematic empowerment of the teams and leaders to value-enhancing as well as customer-oriented to transform.

In 2013 he joined the b4b GmbH as Managing Partner. Hans Peter Hiemer completed his studies in 1985 to become a graduate engineer at the University of Applied Sciences Niederrhein.
